PURPOSE: An adhesive packing apparatus is provided, to allow adhesives manufactured at an adhesive manufacturing apparatus to be packed automatically and continuously in a bundle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an adhesive supply part(S); and a packing part(P) which comprises a roll device(34) for under packing film supply, a plurality of guide rollers(35', 35'', ..) for film guide, a packing paper molding box(20) for folding the film into a cylindrical shape, a waste paper ring(20') for holding the outer face of packing paper, an adhesive supply hose(20a) connected with a pumping cylinder(17) by a pipe line(18), a welding plate(37) for packing film adhesion which moves left and right by a hydraulic cylinder(36) and is adhered and desorbed to the molding box, a rising and falling plate(39) which is supported on four pillars(46a, 46b, 46c, 46d) and rises and falls by a crank apparatus(38), upper and lower heat plates(41, 41', 42, 42') for adhesion of packing paper which is adhered to the inside of hydraulic cylinders(40, 40') with a certain interval, and an open/close apparatus(44) of an adhesive supply hose which rises and falls by an upper cylinder(43) and is shrunk and spread in a carter(45) between the heat plates and a molding box. |
