摘要 PURPOSE: Fermented herb wine and a method of preparing the same are provided, which fermented herb wine has healthful effects such as anticancer activity and pathogenic bacteria inhibiting activity. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the fermented herb wine comprises the steps of: mixing one or two or more herbs selected from pine leaf, mugwort, Viscum album var. coloratum(mistletoe), Epimedium koreanum, Cornus officinalis Sieb., Codonopsis Lanceolata, Platycodon grandiflorum, Lentinus edodes (Berk), Ganoderma Incidum Karst., Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer(ginseng) and ginkgo leaf in a vessel, adding 0.1 to 0.3 wt.% of sugar diluting solution into the mixture, sealing the vessel, and fermenting and maturing the mixture at 15 to 17 deg. C for 12 to 18 months to prepare crude liquor; adding an extract of medicinal herbs, malted rice, steamed rice and malt liquid into the crude liquor and maturing the mixture for 1 week; adding malted rice, steamed rice and malt liquid into the matured mixture and maturing the mixture for 1 week; and filtering and precipitating the matured mixture, wherein medicinal herb is one or two or more herbs selected from pine leaf, mugwort, Viscum album var. coloratum(mistletoe), Epimedium koreanum, Cornus officinalis Sieb., Codonopsis Lanceolata, Platycodon grandiflorum, Lentinus edodes (Berk), Ganoderma Incidum Karst., Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer(ginseng) and ginkgo leaf.
