PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing bramble(rubus coreanus Miq.) containing selenium, which has a high internal adsorption rate and good bioavailability without toxicity, thereby helping to take natural selenium. The bramble produced by the method is suitably applied in the form of brewage, juice, enzyme, etc. to powdery food products, noodles and bakery. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing bramble containing germanium comprises: preparing a fertilizer for a nutrient solution containing selenium at the concentration of 1-10.000ppm, by dissolving SeO2 into nitric acid and adjusting the ph value of the solution with ammonia; diluting the fertilizer with water to adjust the selenium concentration; and cultivating bramble with an application of the fertilizer containing selenium, wherein the application method is a drench and a foliar application. The bramble containing selenium is used for brewage and enzyme production.
