PURPOSE: A supporter for installing a handrail is provided to prevent the accidental fall of workers, to have stable structure and to install easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION: In the handrail formed by connecting many posts and horizontal bars and installed in a construction site for a concrete structure to prevent the accidental fall of workers, the supporter for installing the handrail contains: a horizontal connecting bar(25); a clamp(30) composed of a pair of pressure pieces(36,38) attached to both ends of the connecting bar(25) and moved sideward around a hinge(2), and a bolt member(45) fixed to the pressure pieces(36,38) to fasten pressure pieces(36,38); and a vertical coupling bar projected vertically to one side of the connecting bar(25) to interposed a post of the handrail.
