PURPOSE: A controlling method of a blood vessel is provided to enforce or relieve an energy flowing in the blood vessel by a magnetic force, thereby removing a hindrance of the blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: The controlling method of a blood vessel comprises the steps of: preparing a controlling magnet comprising a large magnet(1) and a small magnet(2) used singly or comprising the two magnets bonded using a synthetic resin made case(3) or an adhesive tape(5) and an induction steel plate(4); and contacting a north pole and a south pole of the magnet with a selected meridian disposed in a spot for a blood vessel to flow, wherein contacting the poles so as to form the lines of magnetic force in a blood vessel flowing direction when enforcing the blood vessel and disposing the poles so as to form the lines of magnetic force in the opposite direction when relieving the blood vessel.
