PURPOSE: A body valve for a shock absorber is provided to improve damping force by reducing dispersion of fluid and modifying the structure of the body valve for forming the passage of oil flowing through the body, and to cut down manufacturing cost by removing the disk ring. CONSTITUTION: A body valve(210) of a shock absorber is composed of a body(220) installed in the upper part of a footboard(300) formed in the lower part of an inner pipe(200) and composed of plural passages(230) formed on the concentric circle, and a multi-disk(250) installed in the lower part of the body to open and close the passage. A spring(240) is installed in the upper part of the body, and the multi-disk is formed by stacking a disk S(252) and plural disks(254). Plural slits(252a) are opened inward and arranged in the disk S. The disk is installed in the upper part of the footboard to place the body horizontally.
