PURPOSE: An advanced reinforcing plate is provided to shorten a period of construction by excluding the installation of a sheeting plate, to prevent the inflow of grouting materials into cut soil, and to simplify the excavation work for a tunnel. CONSTITUTION: The advanced reinforcing plate(20) is completed by forming a pointy front unit(21) and forming V-grooves(23,24) on both sides of a horizontal unit(22). The pile-driver is composed of a front guide support, a rear guide support and a shank adapter, wherein the front guide support is completed by forming a fixing part provided with three circular parts and open-cut parts which are formed among the circular parts on a plate to fix the advanced reinforcing plate(20) to the fixing part.
