PURPOSE: A lid having an operational spout is provided to express a shape, so that a bluntness of the lid is overcome. CONSTITUTION: A lid(1) adaptable to an aperture of a vessel or pouch vessel has a spout(2) which is switched to open or close both of a discharge hole(3) and switching hole(4) thereof. A character(C) is formed on the spout(2). A character(C) gives a sense of intimacy to promote consumption of a product. Furthermore the spout(2) is operated by using the character(C), thus operation gets improved.
