PURPOSE: An ultrasonic washer is provided to easily exchange washing water by floating and discharging sludge. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic washer for floating and discharging sludge is composed of an ultrasonic transducer(11) mounted to a washing tub(1), a discharge valve(6) for the washing tub, an overflow tank(12) for collecting sludge, an overflow tank discharge valve(60), an overflow outlet(31) for discharging the overflowed sludge, a circulation tube(70) for circulating overflowed water, a pipe(21) and a nozzle(20) installed at the bottom of the washing tub and supplying air and washing water, an air pump(72), a washing pump(71), a check valve, and a control unit(33).
