PURPOSE: A multi-functional integrated device for physical therapy is provided to perform physical therapy and massaging more efficiently at home, reduce household costs of a user and minimize the occupied space of a physical therapy device. CONSTITUTION: In a low frequency whole body massager(60) with a far infrared ray lamp stored therein, potential acupuncture needle(61), a low frequency abdomen massager(63), a low frequency foot massager(64), a low frequency pad massager(65) and an electric heating mat(66) with a heater stored therein, a mat connecting part(48) and a power input part(49) are installed at one side of a main body, a mode selection part(31) and a timer(32) are installed on the top center part of the main body, first to fourth frequency control volumes(36,37,38,39) are installed at one upper side if the main body, and a third temperature control volume(33a,33b), level meters(35a,35b) and temperature display parts(34a,34b) are placed at one upper side of the main body.
