PURPOSE: A method for relaying a television broadcasting abroad by wire is provided to receive broadcasting data through the Internet and view television(TV) broadcasting of one's own country by connecting a TV to a cable network easily. CONSTITUTION: A service provider receives TV broadcasting from CATV network or an antenna and a satellite antenna and converts the received TV broadcasting signal into digital data. The service provider compresses the digital data for transmitting/receiving more easily and divides the TV broadcasting data by real time, produces a plurality of files and prepares the data for the real time transmission. After obtaining authentication, foreign service relay partners connect to a service provider's server simultaneously and receive files sequentially by using a large number of lines. The foreign service relay partners decompress the receive data, combine the respective files, convert the files into TV broadcasting signal again and amplify the converted TV broadcasting signal and then transmit the TV broadcasting signal to each TV via a CATV network.
