A rotary machine includes a housing, a drive shaft (16), a first rotor (42), a second rotor (17), and an absorption mechanism. The drive shaft is rotatably supported by the housing. The first rotor is integrally and rotatably fixed to the drive shaft outside the housing. The second rotor is rotatably supported on the housing outside the housing and operably connected to the first rotor by the absorption mechanism in a state substantially coaxial to the first rotor. The absorption mechanism is for absorbing misalignment between the axis of the first rotor and the axis of the second rotor. The absorption mechanism is formed from an accommodating recess (45), a support member (50) that is a rigid member, and an eccentric pin (51).
