PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a window and a door is provided to install easily in a job site and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for a window and a door comprises the steps of: forming many through holes on wooden horizontal and vertical stiffeners(31); manufacturing a solid stiffener by assembling horizontal and vertical stiffeners provided with through holes(32); placing solid stiffeners in a charging room of a fixed die(33); fixing a solid stiffener by interposing a fixing pin inward from a movable die to decide the relative location with the charging room(34); approaching a movable die to a fixed die and transferring a split core and a side core, a split core or a side core(35); pre-heating a die by rising the temperature of a die to prevent the inferiority of shaped articles by making fusion resins of synthetic resins move smoothly(36); filling up the charging room with synthetic resins and extruding to form synthetic resins on the outside of the stiffener and the inside of the through hole(37); pulling out the fixing pin to the outside of the die and pressurizing synthetic resins to compensate the cubical reduction by shrinkage while cooling down synthetic resins(38); cooling down the die and solidifying synthetic resins(39); conveying the split core and the side core, the split core or the side core(40); and separating the movable die and the fixed die and separating the shaped article from the die(41). |
