PURPOSE: Provided is a humidifying case of a deodorizing machine for a garbage treating device which has an overflow pipe installed on a waterspout part of the humidifying case to automatically overflow the water taken in the waterspout part to the outside when the water is over a certain water level. CONSTITUTION: The humidifying case of the deodorizing machine for the garbage treating device comprises a drainage pipe(15) passing through a horizontal partitioning plate upward and downward, a water collecting groove(16) formed on the bottom of the horizontal partitioning plate of one side of the drainage pipe and an overflow pipe(14) having a short end part(14a) connected to the upper end of the drainage pipe and a long end part(14b) of the other side installed with being distanced from the bottom of the water collecting groove at an interval, wherein the upper part of the overflow pipe is installed lower than the height of a gas outlet(10) and a connecting pipe(17a) is connected between an overflow formed on the outside wall of a frame(6) and the lower end of the drainage pipe. |
