PURPOSE: A system and a method for selling a loan using the Internet are provided to supply various loan goods for making a saver invest a reserved fund, and offer an investment security device for safely securing the principal of the loan in any case. CONSTITUTION: A loan requester(30) inquires various loan application guides and writes a loan application by connecting to a service system(20) through the Internet(10). An investor(40) inquires an investor invitation guide and lends out the fund after registration by connecting to the service system through the Internet. The service system opens the loan goods particulars arranging a mortgage, an appraisal, and the loan request contents to the Internet, and supports various aids to make the investors lend out the fund. A mortgage/credit appraiser(50) evaluates the mortgage and the credit written in the loan application, and informs the service system of a result. A mutual aid fund managing financial institution(60) pays a mutual aid fund to the investor if the loan goods get to be insolvency in future. |
