PURPOSE: A method of making puffed rice cake having a cavity in the center by filling a puffed rice structure with vegetable powder having a sour taste and coating the puffed rice with chocolate is provided. The product has a different taste in the interior and exterior while maintaining the advantage of puffed rice cake containing chocolate. CONSTITUTION: Rice is puffed rice to form a puffed rice structure(4), vegetable powder(8) having a sour taste is then filled into the cavity(6) of the puffed rice structure. Then, the front and rear end(10,12) of the cavity of the puffed rice structure is sealed and the outer surface of the puffed rice structure is coated with chocolate(14). The chocolate is prepared by mixing cocoa mass, white sugar, dry milk, palm oil or the like and then agitating. |
