PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition for skin-whitening comprising Ramulus mori extract and acetyltyrosine as an active ingredient. The composition has excellent inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity and melanin formation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin-whitening comprising 0.001-5.0 wt.% of Ramulus mori extracts and 0.05-5.0 wt.% of acetyltyrosine as active ingredients, based on the total weight of the composition. It is formulated into liquid, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powdery foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation and spray.
