PURPOSE: An automatic traffic card vending machine and an automatic replenishment system are provided to buy easily a traffic card and replenish the traffic card through wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A passenger information display unit receives a passenger's information. A maintenance key is used for inputting and managing data. A control unit(120) controls all operations of an automatic traffic card vending machine. An input unit(109) receives the passenger's request. A state sensor(112) is used for sensing a door opening state, a shocking state, and a power supply state of the automatic traffic card vending machine. An interphone/voice guide unit(110) is connected to an interphone of a station office and outputs the voice. A traffic card-issuing unit(113) issues a traffic card according to a control operation of the control unit. A replenishment unit(114) replenishes the traffic card. A bill validator(115) and a coin validator(116) processes the bill and the coin. A receipt-issuing unit(117) issues a receipt. A power supply unit(130) distributes the AC power to each element.
