PURPOSE: A soap containing a Gastrodia elata extract and a lugworm component and its preparation method are provided, to improve a sterilizing effect and a skin protecting effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing oils and fats, a palm oil and 0.01-10.0 wt% of a Gastrodia elata extract and a fine powder obtained by pulverizing a lugworm component, and heating the mixture at a temperature of 60-80 deg.C; adding sodium hydroxide to the obtained one for saponification; and removing remaining glycerin and sodium hydroxide from the obtained one and drying it in vacuum to obtain a soap. |
