PURPOSE: Provided is a building wood substitute which is freely formable with a wide utilization range and a high tensile strength, and contains environment friendly regenerated paper. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the building wood substitute comprises the steps of: cutting waste coated paper by the size of 300mm or less; crushing the cut waste coated paper by the size of 50-100mm; pulverizing the crushed waste coated paper by the particles of 10mm or less; screw-treating the pulverized particles; centrifuging the particles into the paper making fiber part and the synthetic resin part due to the difference in the specific weight thereof; collecting the paper making fiber particles of 0.2 micrometer to 1mm from the paper making fiber part; mixing 50-60wt.% of the paper making fiber particles, 42-32wt.% of polyvinyl chloride, 5wt.% of stabilizer, and 3wt.% of plasticizer; and press-forming the mixture. |
