PURPOSE: A sun visor with a lamp for a vehicle is provided to drive safely at night by adjusting the illumination of the lamp with a variable resistance switch according to the brightness, and to use the mirror conveniently even at night. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor with a lamp for a vehicle is composed of a light shielding member(100) having a mirror(110) and a lamp(120) in the back; a support part(200) supporting the light shielding member to a roof panel(500) for sliding and turning; a switch part controlling power from a power supply unit to the lamp of the light shielding member in sliding the light shielding member; and a variable resistance switch(400) connected to the lamp and the switch part to adjust the illumination of the lamp. Power from the power supply unit to the lamp is controlled by increasing the resistance value in rotating the variable resistance switch and by decreasing the resistance value in reversing the variable resistance switch.
