PURPOSE: A method of making an edible oil composition by mixing Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Theae folium and Folium Mori having the function of inhibiting fat absorption from the intestine with animal oil or vegetable oil is provided. The product prevents obesity, arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, various adult diseases, atopic dermatitis or the like while reducing cholesterol accumulation in body tissues. CONSTITUTION: About 5 to 10% by weight of fermented or non-fermented herbal powder comprising 70% by weight of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, 10% by weight of Theae folium and 20% by weight of Folium Mori is mixed with 0.5 to 1% by weight chitosan, 5% by weight of black rice, red bean or black sesame alone or a mixture thereof and fat or oil, 0.5 to 1% by weight of glycerine or 0.5 to 1% by weight of lecithin. The fat or oil is butter, cheese, beef tallow, lard oil, margarine, shortening, hardened oil, sesame oil, bean oil, peanut oil, rapeseed oil, olive oil, cotton seed oil, palm oil, or the like. |
