EMBROIDERED FABRIC AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is an embroidered fabric which has embroidery designs with natural aesthetic sensation and high grade quality, and involves enhanced productivity and low production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the embroidered fabric comprises the steps of: taking a rayon fabric or a cotton fabric as a ground fabric(10) and forming an embroidery design(20) at the ground fabric; placing a base fabric(30) under the ground fabric with the embroidery design, and partially fixing the embroidery design to the base fabric; passing the fabric through a furnace heated at 160-230 deg.C for 6-7 minutes to thereby fix the embroidery design to the top surface of the ground fabric; dipping the fabric in a sulfuric acid aqueous solution, dehydrating it, and drying it at 35-40 deg.C for 24 hours while oxidizing it; passing the oxidized fabric through a furnace heated at 120-130 deg.C for 6-7 minutes while burning out the ground fabric; cleaning the embroidery fabric in a water tank for 15-20 minutes; and whitening, dehydrating and tentering it.
