The cantilever mass (100) is a geometric body with at least one circular opening (20) for sliding it onto the shaft or tube for fixing thereon. It has at least one first sub-body (10) with the circular opening and at least one second sub-body (30) attached to the first body outside the opening region. The configuration and dimensions of the sub-bodies are derived from mechanical parameters defined for the cantilever mass. AN Independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a Coriolis mass flow/density sensor with at least two inventive cantilever masses.
