PURPOSE: A beverage container is provided which is promptly manufactured, and an external appearance of which is delicate by promptly performing circulation of cooling water, enabling the container to be manufactured by one process, and preventing clogging of gas exhaust line, and an apparatus for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a beverage container manufacturing apparatus(50) comprising left and right mold bases(52a,52b), wherein cooling water circulation holes having a certain diameter are formed on an inner part of the left and right mold bases, an apparatus is characterized in that a molding groove is slantly formed in a diagonal corner direction inside the left and right mold bases so that a mold separating line of the container(12') is formed on a part of corners, and a cutter(74) is formed on an upper part of the left and right mold bases in such a manner that the cutter is closed or opened in a central direction to cut scrap(72) of the container, wherein a main cooling water line having a relatively larger diameter and a subsidiary cooling water line having a relatively smaller diameter that is communicated with the main cooling water line are formed in the left and right mold bases, and wherein a gas exhaust line(62) for exhausting gas extruded to the molding groove is formed inside the left and right mold bases, and a solenoid valve(64) is installed at an end part of the gas exhaust line to selectively open and close the gas exhaust line. |
