PURPOSE: A non-destructive inspection method and a non-destructive inspection apparatus are provided to analyze depth and existence of a post installed underground by analyzing a horizontal acoustic wave signal generated from a hammer. CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive inspection apparatus includes a hammer unit(200), a signal reception unit(300), an analyzer(400), a first connection unit(500) for connecting the hammer unit(200) to the analyzer(400), and a second connection unit(600) for connecting the signal reception unit(300) to the analyzer(400). The hammer unit(200) measures impact force when impact is applied thereto and sends data thereof to the analyzer(400). The hammer unit(200) includes a body(201), a handle(202) coupled with the body(201), a strain gauge sensor(203), a cable(204) installed in the handle(202), and a cable terminal(205) coupled to the first connection unit(500).
