PURPOSE: Provided is a fabric band cutter which completely automates one of the main processes of joining fabrics to stabilize the production system, and enhance the production yield and the workability at a low production cost. CONSTITUTION: The fabric band cutter comprises: a frame(20) having a cutter(21) for cutting the fabric band and fluctuated up and down by springs(22); an unloading frame(30) guided by guide rods(31) provided at the bottom of the frame such that it moves up and down by an air cylinder(32); a driving unit having rails(41) placed at both ends of the unloading frame and having a shaft(46) for transmitting the driving power of a motor; and a control unit having a sensor(50) generating signals pursuant to the upper and lower locations of the unloading frame and controlling the stroke of a supply depending upon the established conditions.
