PURPOSE: Provided is an improved structure of a cap having a barrier seal member, to maintain and enhance the airtightness of the seal member without replacing an old barrier seal member. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a cap(200) combined with a container(100) around a screw thread of an opening(101) is composed of a main body(210) of the cap(200), and a barrier seal member(220) embedded in the main body(210) of the cap(200). The function of the seal member(220) is reinforced by at least one coupling piece formed on the upper portion of the screw thread. In particular, when the main body(210) is combined with the opening(101), the coupling piece is put at a start position of the screw thread, and as a result, the coupling piece is raised until the seal member(220) is more tightly adhered to the top surface(213). The seal member(220) has an aluminum layer and is operated by a high-frequency device.
