The present invention relates to one outlet closing board for apparatus casing pipeline and its forming method and mold, and the apparatus with the closing board. The closing board includes board body and notches, the board body is one stereo structure of different geometric shapes, and the notches are produced based on different planes. The present invention has unique structure, and breakthrough in the notch processing technique of side core loosing. The technological scheme of the present invention can reduce mold number, simplify technological process and raise product quality.
