Telescopic sight (1) comprises an objective (2), an eyepiece (3), and a reversing system (6) pivotably arranged in a tubular housing between the objective and the eyepiece. The reversing system is pivoted by two adjusting towers (4) arranged perpendicularly to each other and each having an elevation screw (7). Both elevation screws are provided in the region of their cap with a radial recess (8). The reversing system has in the region of the adjusting towers two sliding surfaces (10) and engaging elements (9a) engaging in the recess and pressing the elevation screws against the sliding surfaces to produce a restoring force. Preferred Features: The engaging elements are spring elements designed as clips.
