PURPOSE: A molding apparatus for a bicycle clincher-rim is provided to mold a clincher with a main body in an integral manner to form the bicycle of a high quality. CONSTITUTION: A molding apparatus for a bicycle clincher-rim is composed of a first mold(1) having uneven parts corresponding to an outer shape of the clincher, a second mold(2) symmetrically formed with the first mold, a third mold(3) having a protrusion to be inserted into the first and second molds, a fourth mold(4) having uneven parts corresponding to a side plate of the bicycle rim and clincher in shape, a fifth mold(5) symmetrically formed with the fourth mold and disposed onto the fourth mold to be spacing apart from the fourth mold.
