PURPOSE: An MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service)-only transceiving relay system using a wireless communication network and a method thereof are provided to smoothly perform a series of wireless data transceiving processes by using a computer without a service agency, so that a user can construct a system for transmitting wireless data at a low price. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(100) installs a predetermined program for transceiving one data of voices, bell sounds, characters, pictures, and moving images. If the one data is applied on the Internet, a relay system(200) transceives the data in one of GSM(Global System for Mobile communication), CDMA, and DCS systems while analyzing/storing/transceiving the applied data. A mobile communication network applies the data in the one of the GSM, CDMA, DCS systems. Customer terminals(400) receive the applied data through the mobile communication network or transmit the received data.
