FIELD: methods and equipment for expanding of tobacco or other agricultural products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves providing multiple-stage succession of pressure reduction processes including at least first and second pressure reducing stages in impregnation tank, including stages of withdrawing substantially all amounts of expanding agent from impregnation tank at the end of second stage of pressure reduction process during multiple-stage succession of pressure reduction processes; forcing at least part of indicated amount of expanding agent into low-pressure gas tank, with carbon dioxide being used as expanding agent. ^ EFFECT: improved process, increased efficiency and reduced production costs. ^ 24 cl, 2 dwg |
