FIELD: oil producing industry; maintaining of pressure in oil beads. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in reciprocating piston machines as equipment of pumping units and stations operating in different industries. Pairs of electrodes are installed in working chambers of housing divided by piston. Working chambers are connected with expansion chamber isolated form surrounding atmosphere and made in from of bellows exposed to spring pressure. Electric arc is formed in working chambers at alternate delivery of electric pulses to electrodes, and working medium (liquid) in working chamber is converted into vapor. Piston moves translationally owing to pressure difference at coordinated operation of valves. Electric circuit consists of thyristor unit turned on by signals from piston position pickups. Heating elements are installed between electrodes. ^ EFFECT: provision of closed working medium delivery cycle, reduced length of pipes, provision of ultrahigh pressures and increased efficiency of machine. ^ 2 dwg |
