FIELD: pipe fittings used in pipelines for transportation of high-pressure and high-temperature liquid and gaseous media, including abrasive, corrosive and dangerously explosive media. ^ SUBSTANCE: flush packless stopcock has two flanges equipped with through openings and tightened with bolts, flat slide valve arranged between flanges, and rotary arm. Each flange is equipped with gasket. Stopcock has at least two sealing units and additional gaskets. Gaskets are provided with through holes and arranged on respective surfaces of slide valve so that their through holes are aligned with respect to one another. Each sealing unit is comprised of movable and immovable plates fitted-in with respect to one another. Each plate is provided with through hole. Each sealing unit is arranged between main and additional gaskets so that movable plate is joined to respective additional gasket and immovable plate is joined to main gasket. All through holes are equally sized and configured and are arranged for defining single flush channel. Through holes in plates of each sealing unit are arranged so as to be simultaneously overlapped upon rotation of slide valve. ^ EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and range of usage, convenient operation, enhanced reliability in operation and prolonged service life. ^ 7 cl, 4 dwg |
