FIELD: heat-generators converting wind energy; biomass heating in fermenters. ^ SUBSTANCE: heat generator that has no heat-transfer apparatus, heats working fluid with other heating medium, and provides favorable conditions for vital activity of microorganisms affording methane fermentation of biomass has housing with tiered sections, shaft, windmill, delivery and suction pipelines; each section has top and bottom flanges joined through partitions. Half-coupling is installed on shaft at the top and joined with half-coupling of rotor-type windmill shaft. In addition generator has blades in the form of disks, fixed disks disposed in horizontal plane, metal hub, spiral-shaped surface attached to hub, pump impeller, and outlet pipe. Inlet pipe is joined with fermenter; ball cock is mounted on suction pipeline and circulating motor-driven pump, on bypass line, with shut-off devices mounted upstream and downstream of pump. ^ EFFECT: simplified design; improved conditions for vital activity of microorganisms. ^ 1 cl, 3 dwg |
