FIELD: rolled stock production, namely apparatuses for axial adjustment of rolls of rolling stand. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for axial adjustment of rolls includes clamping levers. The last are provided with dent for engaging with protrusions of chocks at inner side and are mounted with possibility of rotation in horizontal plane. Apparatus also includes hydraulic drive unit for moving roll chock and screw down mechanism for axial adjustment of roll chock, both mounted with possibility of acting upon protrusions of roll chock at opposite sides. Clamping levers are joined by means of crosspiece jointly connected with them at side opposite relative to said dent. Screw down mechanism for axial adjustment of roll is mounted with possibility of engagement with said crosspiece. Hydraulic cylinders for moving roll chocks are mounted with possibility of direct engagement with outer side of protruded members of roll chocks. ^ EFFECT: enhanced axial rigidity of apparatus. ^ 2 dwg |
