FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with taking into consideration the coefficient of relative homozygosity (CRH) calculated by the following formula: yr=nr/n, where nr - the number of detected recessive phenotypes, n - the number of signs studied. It is recommended to study 41 signs. At CRH values ranged 0-0.5 light flow of disease is predicted, and at its values ranged 0.51-1 - severe flow is stated upon accompanied with different complications and relapses. ^ EFFECT: more accurate prediction. ^ 2 ex, 2 tbl
