FIELD: cementing solutions composition technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: solution has cement, which in turn has clinker, plaster, earth and water, and additionally has kiln dust from electric filters and addition of aluminum polyoxychloride with following ratio of components, in percents of mass: clinker - 50, plaster - 2.5, earth - 35, kiln dust from electric filters - 12.5, addition of aluminum polyoxychloride - 1.3-1.5 above 100% in case of water-cement ratio of 1.3. ^ EFFECT: lowered density of solution to given 1380-1420 kg/m without worsening of its physical or mechanical properties. ^ 1 ex, 3 tbl
