PURPOSE: A free consulting telephone system through interworking with a private branch exchange connected with a web phone and a gateway(internet telephone equipment) is provided to remove a limitation on the number of consultants and accurately connect the consultant in charge at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A standard VoIP(Voice over IP) web phone system is constructed to provide a real-time consulting service to users. A VoIP network is constructed in a business/machine by using a gateway and a private branch exchange. If the user clicks a consulting button on a web, the standard VoIP web phone system automatically calls the gateway interworking with the private branch exchange of the business/machine. The gateway passes the call to a department requested according to preliminarily set information.
