HEAT EXCHANGER FORMED OF SPIRAL MICROCHANNEL TUBE

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger formed of a spiral microchannel tube is provided to efficiently utilize a heat dissipating by minimizing a dead space, and reduce a noise by lowering ventilation. CONSTITUTION: A header has a hollow for moving a refrigerant. A tube is connected with the header in a state of being wound in spiral to dissipate heat, having a hollow microchannel. A plurality of fins are fixed at the tube for expanding a heat dissipating area. An axial fan(5) is installed adjacent to a heat exchanger(7) inside an outdoor unit case(3) to forcibly send the external air to the heat exchanger for efficient heat exchange of the heat exchanger. An axial fan motor(4) drives the axial fan.
