PURPOSE: A controller for preventing the theft of a vehicle is provided to prevent the theft of a vehicle by forcibly controlling the input value of an accelerator and making acceleration impossible. CONSTITUTION: A controller for preventing the theft of a vehicle comprises an ETACS(Electronic Time Alarm Control System)(110) outputting an arming/disarming signal corresponding to the arming and disarming states of a vehicle by analyzing the signal inputted form a transmitter(100), a pedal displacement sensing unit(120) determining the range of acceleration and braking by detecting the pedal effort of an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal and quantifying the pedal effort, and a control unit(130) forcibly controlling the input value detected depending on the pedal effort of the accelerator pedal in the arming state by analyzing the signals inputted from the ETACS and the pedal displacement sensing unit. |
