PURPOSE: A method for dynamically managing a conference call of a mobile phone switching system is provided to dynamically manage a call conference by connecting to uni-directional unicast or to bi-directional unicast according to existence or nonexistence of voice data. CONSTITUTION: An IP(Internet Phone) terminal detects whether there is a subscriber voice signal(S201) and determines whether there is voice data(S203). If there is voice data, the IP terminal changes it the voice data to an RTP packet(S205). If there is no voice data, the IP terminal creates a comfort noise(S206). The IP terminal reports existence or nonexistence of the voice data to a main controller unit(S207). The IP terminal transmits the comfort noise and the RTP packet to a designated IP/port(S209).
