PURPOSE: A device for connecting a slide door of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of operation processes and conveniently perform an error correction by regulating the error with a connecting mechanism if the error is generated at the connecting point for connecting between the slide door and a guide rail. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device for a slide door of a vehicle comprises a connecting bracket(10) composed of a rotary tool formed at one side to slidingly combine to a guide rail(30) disposed to a vehicle body and through-holes(14',15') formed at upper and lower ends at the other side; a supporting bracket(20) of which one side is received in the connecting bracket and arranged with through-holes(21',22') at the same position of the through-holes of the connecting bracket and the other side is fixed with the slide door of the vehicle by a combining tool; and a connecting mechanism fitted into the through-holes of the connecting and supporting brackets to adjust the upper and lower positions of the connecting and supporting brackets.
