PURPOSE: A terminal having a self display soft key is provided to display different characters according to selection of various functions by enabling a soft key itself to display a character. CONSTITUTION: A display window(21) uses the entire region as an information display region without positioning a soft key. A keypad(23) includes soft keys(22) indicating content suitable for issuing a command for a mobile terminal displaying various kinds of menus through the display window, disposed at an arbitrary position. The soft keys(22) is formed by using an organic electroluminescence panel or an LCD panel having a self display function.
