PURPOSE: An electrophotographic imaging device is provided to prevent that a waste toner is piled up in only a part of a waste toner case and is hardened. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of protrusions(350) are protruded and formed on an upper surface of a cassette. An actuator(310) has a shaft(311) and a rotation portion(313). The shaft(311) is rotatably installed in a waste toner case(290), and a plurality of stirring wings(312) are formed in the shaft(311). A plurality of the stirring wings(312), formed in the waste toner case(290), stir a waste toner(291). The rotation portion(313) is connected to the shaft(311) in the outside of the waste toner case(290), and is contacted with the protrusions(350). A plurality of elastic members(340) are installed in a plurality of supporting portions(330) formed in the outside of the waste toner case(290) to be symmetrized centering around the rotation portion(313). The elastic members(340) return the actuator(310) to an original position when the actuator(310) is not contacted with the protrusions(350).
