PURPOSE: A method for downloading an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) is provided to connect to a web site operated by each broadcasting station and receive EPG information in a digital broadcasting receiver capable of the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A digital broadcasting receiver connects to a web site by a set URL(Uniform Resource Locator)(S110). The digital broadcasting receiver receives EPG information, and stores received EPG information in a storing medium(S130). A user inputs a command in the digital broadcasting receiver for seeing EPG information(S140). The digital broadcasting receiver extracts stored EPG information, and displays extracted EPG information(S150). |
