PURPOSE: A method for controlling fuel in sudden start after cold starting of a vehicle is provided to improve the acceleration performance with the optimal output of an engine by preventing the leaning of air-fuel ratio in sudden start after cold starting. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling fuel in sudden start after cold starting of a vehicle comprises the steps of deciding if the deviation between the cooling water temperature of an engine and the intake air temperature is within reference values(S51), deciding if the TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) change per a unit time is over a reference value in the initial starting of the engine(S52), and performing fuel control by calculating an acceleration fuel amount depending on the cooling water temperature, the engine rpm, the TPS change and the intake air pressure change(S54).
