PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ice cream containing fried food and ice cream containing fried food therefrom provided, thereby minimizing the heat and oil transfer to ice cream, so that ice cream can be maintained within fried food. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ice cream containing fried food comprises the steps of: freezing milk fat ice cream(11) containing a certain concentration of milk fat; covering the frozen ice cream with a slice of bread(12); covering the surface of the slice of bread with the white of egg(13) to prepare an oil-blocking layer; covering the surface of the oil-blocking layer with frying sauce(14) containing glutinous wheat flour; frying the bread crumb covered ice cream in oil having 190 to 200 deg. C for a certain time such as 7 seconds, wherein the frying sauce(14) contains 5 parts by weight of egg, 20 parts by weight of sugar, and 50 parts by weight of glutinous wheat flour. |
