PURPOSE: A control structure for the depth of a seat is provided to prevent the popliteal region from getting a compressure when a sitter whose thigh is shorter than a seat sits on the seat to allow the sitter to be tightly contacted to a back plate, or increasing the area contacting the hip region or thigh region when a sitter whose thigh is longer than a seat to induce a more stable sitting posture. CONSTITUTION: The seat plate(4) includes: a seat plate bracket(20) tiltably connected to the top surface of a seat plate frame part; a seat plate shell(30) overlapped with a larger area so as to be vertically slidable on the top surface of the seat plate bracket(20); left and right sliding guide plates(50a,50b) interconnected by a plurality of bolts(40); a locking wire cap(60) assembled to the front with respect to the center of the bottom of the seat plate shell(30) by a plurality of bolts(42); a locking wire(70) having a stopping part(74) whose one end functions as a handle part(72) as being hinged to the locking wire cap(60) to enable a seesaw motion and whose the other end is locked or unlocked with one side of the seat plate bracket(20); and an elastic member(80) applying an elastic force so that the stopping part(74) is tightly contacted toward the seat plate bracket(20).
